Shipping policy

We’re island born and Bali made — and we ship worldwide! Here’s what you need to know:

Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

International Shipping:
We ship globally! Delivery times vary by destination and can take 7–21 business days. Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — Meili Swim is not responsible for any fees incurred during customs processing.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, chekc your span or promo folders - and feel free to reach out if needed!
